PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PARAS (PADUAN AUDIO RELAKSASI AUTOGENIN SEDERHANA) SEBAGAI UPAYA MENURUNKAN BURNOUT STUDY

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menguji kelayakan media PARAS (Panduan Relaksasi Autogenik Sederhana), digunakan sebagai terapi mengatasi burnout study. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) yang diselenggarakan di Universitas FKIP Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Tujuan penelitian adalah pengembangan media PARAS untuk mengatasi burnout study. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala pengukuran kelayakan dan penilaian profesional kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Media PARAS dikembangkan dalam bentuk buku panduan PARAS dan audio yang dimainkan dalam bentuk panduan relaksasi rekaman (MP4). Hasil penelitian ini adalah buku panduan PARAS dan audio yang dikemas dalam bentuk panduan relaksasi rekaman buku panduan dan CD (Compact Disk).Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan material dan media PARAS yang diuji kepada ahli, dari uji kelayakan material menunjukkan nilai sebesar 78,2%, dan uji kelayakan media  91,1%. Sedangkan uji kelayakan instrumen yang diuji kepada siswa menunjukkan hasil 91,1%. Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media PARAS dikembangkan menurut pakar material, pakar media pembelajaran, dan siswa yang sangat layak, dan dapat digunakan untuk mendukung terapi relaksasi mengatasi kelelahan belajar.
