Penggunaan Notasi Bantu dalam Pembelajaran Solfeggio untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Sight Reading-Sight Singging

Abstract


Abstract : This study aims to develop the use of musical notes on solfeggio learning material in order to improve the ability of sight reading-sight singing. The use of assistive notes on solfeggio material presented in this digital-based music learning media is mainly for material with jumping intervals, so that students easily get shadow note. The research method used is Education Design Research which consists of developing material into digital-based learning media, and testing other sight-sight-seeing using the material developed. This research involved first semester students in the Department of Music Education, Indonesian University of Education as participants in the trial phase of the exercise of using assistive notation on solfeggio material. The results of the study showed that the use of assistive notes made it easy for students to get shadow notes, so students could sound the destination notes with the right intonation. Besides that the instructional media format presented in the form of MP4 makes it easy for students to be able to practice sight reading-sight singing independently.

 

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan penggunaan not bantu pada  materi  pembelajaran solfeggio guna meningkatan kemampuan sight reading-sight  singing . Penggunaan not bantu  pada materi solfeggio  yang  disajikan dalam media pembelajaran musik berbasis digital ini  terutama untuk materi-materi dengan interval yang meloncat, agar mahasiswa dengan mudah mendapatkan bayangan nada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Education Design Reseach  yang terdiri dari pengembangan materi ke dalam media pembelajaran berbasis digital, dan  uji coba laithan  sight reading-sight singing  dengan menggunakan materi yang dikembangkan.  Penelitian ini melibatkan mahasiswa semester pertama di Departemen Pendidikan Musik Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia  sebagia partisipan pada tahapan uji coba model latihan dengan menggunakan materi yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian , menunjukan penggunaan not bantu memberikan kemudahan bagi mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan bayangan nada, serta dapat membantu untuk mendapatkan intonasi yang tepat.  Disamping itu format media pembelajaran yang disajikan dalam bentuk MP4 memudahkan mahasiswa untuk dapat berlatih sight reading-sight singing secara mandiri.
