Candrasangkala: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Sejarah (CJPS) is published by the Department of History Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. It is published in cooperation with Masyarakat Sejarawan Indonesia Cabang Provinsi Banten and Pekumpulan Program Studi Pendidikan Sejarah Seluruh Indonesia (P3SI).

CJPS covers all aspect of history education, philosophy of education, learning methods of history education, and other historical studies.

Jurnal Penelitian dan Pembelajaran IPA has been accredited by Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of Republic of Indonesia since Vol. 2, No. 1, 2016 until Vol. 4, No. 1, 2018 with grade 3rd according to the decree No. 21/E/KPT/2018 and reaccredited with grade 2nd since Vol.4, No.2, 2018 until Vol.9, No.1, 2023 to the decree No.10/E/KPT/2019

Jurnal Penelitian dan Pembelajaran IPA has become a CrossRef Member since year 2018 with prefix 10.30870. Therefore, all articles published by Jurnal Penelitian dan Pembelajaran IPA will have unique DOI number since Vol. 1, No. 1, November 2015. Since Vol. 4, No. 2, November 2018 Jurnal Penelitian dan Pembelajaran IPA uses Anti-Plagiarism Software "Turnitin" to check the authenticity article. The self citation of Jurnal Penelitian dan Pembelajaran IPA is 18 citations of 187 Citations or 9.62% in Google Scholar citation analysis since published in November 2015 until April 2019. Aims and Scope: 

The main objective of this journal is to advance knowledge and dissemination of research on and about vocational education, assessment, evaluation and mechanical engineering of all kinds and on various levels as well as in all fields of education. 

The journal provides readers with an understanding of the rich contextual nature of evaluation, assessment and accountability in education. The journal is theory-oriented and methodology-based and seeks to connect research, policy making and practice. 

The journal publishes outstanding empirical works, peer-reviewed by eminent scholars around the world.


Aims and Scope in more detail:

The main objective of this international journal is to advance knowledge and dissemination of research on and about evaluation, assessment and accountability: 

- of all kinds (e.g. person, programme, organisation), 
- on various levels (state, regional, local), 
- in all fields of education (primary, secondary, higher education/tertiary, as well as non-school sector) and across all different life phases (e.g. adult education/andragogy/Human Resource Management/professional development).

The journal provides readers with an understanding of the rich contextual nature of evaluation, assessment and accountability in education. The journal is theory-oriented and methodology-based and seeks to connect research, policy making and practice.

Therefore, the journal explores and discusses:
-       theories of evaluation, assessment and accountability,
-       function, role, aims and purpose of evaluation, assessment and accountability,
-       impact of evaluation, assessment and accountability,
-       methodology, design and methods of evaluation, assessment and accountability,
-       principles, standards and quality of evaluation, assessment and accountability,
-       issues of planning, coordinating, conducting, reporting of evaluation, assessment and accountability.

The journal also covers the quality of different instruments or procedures or approaches which are used for evaluation, assessment and accountability.

The journal only includes research findings from evaluation, assessment and accountability, if the design or approach of it is meta-reflected in the article.
