PERAN PENDIDIK DALAM IMPLEMENTASI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP PESERTA DIDIK GENERASI 4.0

Abstract

This journal aims to analyze the role of educators on learning media in schools. Characteristics of educators is one of the important aspects in the ongoing process of education. The educational process through learning media, learning strategies and the characteristics of balanced educators will work well but if the opposite is the case, the educational process will be hampered or not in accordance with the goals of education itself. Educators have the dominant factor in the learning process even though in the curriculum students are required to be more active but educators also have an equally important role in the learning process. Especially in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 which resulted in many challenges for educators in providing and delivering learning material. So that the character of the educator is one aspect that can affect the learning media. Educators must be able to adapt to learning media used in a learning process.
