PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING (PjBL) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PADA MATA KULIAH EVOLUSI

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to know the impactof the project based learning (PjBL) modelfor the learning outcome of the evolutionary courses.This study was a quasi experimental study with a pretest-posttest one group design.Population in this study were the 7th semester of biology education study program at the University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, which the use of three classes as the sampleof the study and the sampling method used in this study is a purposive sampling technique. The object of this study is the student’s learning outcome which conductedby the use of essay thesis methods. The data of the learning outcome were analyzed by theinferential statistical analysis technique. Inferential statistics were used to test the study hypothesis using the Paired sample T-test with a significance level of 0.05. The results of the study showed that students who were taught by the PjBL model hada better learning outcomes. It was reflected by the significantion result of 0.00 <0.05, which means the PjBL learning model has an impact on the student learning outcomes in the evolutionary courses. Keywords: project based learning, learning outcome, evolutionary subject
