The Role of Learning Communication in Empowering Housewives through the Package C Program at PKBM Istiqomah
Abstract
This research investigates the role of learning communication in empowering housewives through the Package C Program at PKBM Istiqomah. Through a qualitative approach, data was obtained through direct observation and interviews with teachers and students at PKBM. The results show that there are obstacles in program implementation, especially related to limited learning time and uneven tutor focus. However, with corrective measures such as the preparation of attractive lesson plans and increasing the frequency of learning, the effectiveness of the program can be increased, contributing to increased literacy and skills of housewives as well as the welfare of families and communities. The method used in this research is a qualitative method where this research uses interviews as the main data in writing this article. The target of this research is students and tutors at PKBM Istiqomah. The role of communication in learning and empowering housewives through the Package C program at PKBM Istiqomah is one of the things that needs to be researched because how communication becomes a problem that results in less effective learning.
