USE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AS AN EFFORT TO INCREASE PUBLIC INTEREST IN LKP ANITA'S SEWING COURSE
Abstract
Course and Training Institutions are units of non-formal education that can be taken by the public to complement, supplement or replace existing formal education in Indonesia. One of the Skinny and Training Institutions in Serang City is LKP Anita with a sewing course which is one of the programs offered. However, it is a shame that the lack of massive information means that Anita's LKP is little known and public interest in sewing courses here has decreased. This is the aim of this research, namely to find out the use of information technology to increase residents' interest in learning in the sewing course at LKP Anita which is the subject of this research. This research uses quantitative methods with a literature study approach. The results found that information technology that can be used to increase people's interest in learning is the internet, namely websites and social media. By using information technology, the public can find out information and attract people's interest in taking sewing courses at LKP Anita.
