Author Guidelines

The Writing Format of Jurnal Ekonomi-Qu (JEQu)

  1. The Economic-Qu Journal is published twice a year, namely April and October.
  2. Manuscripts are original works that have not been published or considered to be published in a journal or other publication media.
  3. Manuscripts are the results of field research, using both primary data and secondary data.
  4. Manuscripts are prepared in standard Indonesia in accordance with EYD accompanied by abstracts in English; or in English accompanied by abstracts in Indonesian.
  5. Mathematical equations and symbols should be written using Microsoft Equation.
  6. Manuscripts are typed in two space A4 size with a minimum of 20 pages (including table, graphs, images and attachments). Sent to the editor in the form of print-out accompanied by a copy of the file that has been type in Microsoft Word using the Tahoma font size 12.
  7. Manuscripts of research results  are arranged systematically: Title (Capital letters0; Author; Abstract/ Abstract (no more than 150 words, inclucing keywords); Introduction (covers the subject matter and research objectives); Literature Review; Method; Results and Analysis; Conclusions and recommendations; References( according to name quoted); and Attachments (as needed).
  8. The bibliography system is made to follow the following rules:
    1. Book publication:

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
  7. Bibliography and citations are conducted by using application reference such as mendeley, zotero, etc.
