The activity of playing a direct or spontaneous activity, where children are involved with other people, objects around them, are fun and can be a learning tool for ongoing children, a process that is carried out continuously domestically and is useful for general child development and on its own basis. Traditional literacy can be translated as the ability to read and write, literacy is the most important element in modern education projects. The United Nations (1990) child care center is child care in groups, usually carried out during working hours. It is not something that cannot be denied and when it is employed, the basis is for those who work. A place to call quality children can be seen from the ratio of the number of children and caregivers will determine the quality of care for early childhood in childcare.
