Efektivitas Gerakan Sprint Terhadap Daya Tahan Tubuh Pada Atlet Klub Bola Voli Langit Karawang
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas gerakan sprint dalam meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh pada atlet bola voli Langit Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain pre-test post-test control group. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 15 atlet bola voli yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang menjalani latihan gerakan sprint dan kelompok kontrol yang tidak menjalani latihan tersebut. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan tes daya tahan tubuh sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam daya tahan tubuh pada kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulannya, gerakan sprint efektif dalam meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh pada atlet bola voli Langit Karawang
