OPTIMISME, KEPUASAN HIDUP, DAN RESILIENSI TERHADAP ADAPTABILITAS KARIER REMAJA DARI KELAS SOSIO-EKONOMI BAWAH

Abstract


Dalam menghadai perubahan ekonomi global, individu perlu memilki adaptabilitas karier yaitu kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dalam kondisi yang baru atau berubah. Adaptabilitas karier berhubungan dengan berbagai trait positif psikologis seperti optimisme, kepuasan hidup, dan resiliensi dalam hubungan melihat keyakinan baik di masa depan. Pada individu yang berasal dari kelompok sosio-ekonomi bawah, mereka cenderung memiliki kepuasan hidup yang rendah yang juga berkaitan dengan optimisme dalam menghadapi masa depan. Oleh sebab itu, melalui penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis terhadap hubungan trait psikologi positif (optimisme, kepuasan hidup, dan resiliensi) terhadap adaptabilitas karier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan trait psikologi positif memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan adaptabilitas karier.
