Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

Author Guidelines

The journal invites scholars and experts working in economics issues. Articles should be original, research-based, unpublished and not under review for possible publication in other journals. All submitted papers are subject to review of the editors and blind reviewers.

Articles should be written in standard Indonesian or English between approximately 5000-8000 words including text, all tables and figures, notes, references, and appendices intended for publication. Articles must be submitted to Tirtayasa Ekonomika Editorial Team by online submission at ejournal portal address: https://jurnal.untirta.ac.id/index.php/JTE/about/submissions#onlineSubmissions.

Structure of the article:

1. Title; should be brief, short, clear, and informative which reflect the article content.
2. Author’s names and institutions; should be accompanied by the author’s institutions and email addresses, without any academic titles and/or job title.
3. Abstract; abstract should stand alone, means that no citation in abstract. The abstract should concisely inform the reader of the manuscript’s purpose, its data and methods, its findings, and its implications. The abstract should be relatively nontechnical, yet clear enough for an informed reader to understand the manuscript’s contribution. An abstract consist of no more than 150 words.
4. The article based on fieldwork research should contain introduction, method, result and discussion, and conclusions. Meanwhile the article based on library or conceptual research includes introduction, discussion, and conclusion.
5. References; References preferably the last 10 year publication. It is suggested to use Mendeley as a reference manager with the APA Style.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
7. Bibliography and citations are conducted by using application reference such as mendeley, zotero, etc.

Copyright Notice

The Authors submitting a manuscript do so on the understanding that if accepted for publication, copyright of the article shall be assigned to Tirtayasa Ekonomika as publisher of the journal.

Copyright encompasses rights to reproduce and deliver the article in all form and media, including reprints, photographs, microfilms, and any other similar reproductions, as well as translations.
