Faktor-faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Gangguan Mentruasi pada Wanita Usia Subur

Abstract


Abstrak: Gangguan menstruasi yang dialami perempuan pada usia subur sering kali dapat berdampak pada kesejahteraan hidup perempuan, terutama pada usia produktif. Telaah Pustaka yang dilakukan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk melakukan pertimbangan terkait hal-hal yang secara potensial dapat menjadi solusi bagi penanganan gangguan menstruasi. Gangguan menstruasi dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Komposisi tubuh lebih berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya gangguan mestruasi dibandingkan indikator indeks massa tubuh (IMT). Asupan vitamin dan mineral yang cukup dapat menurunkan risiko terjadinya gangguan menstruasi. Selain itu, gaya hidup aktif, cukup tidur, dan tidak merokok juga diketahui dapat memperbaiki gangguan menstruasi.

 

Abstract: Menstrual disorders experienced by women of childbearing age often impact women’s lives and wellbeing. This literature review was expected to be a reference for making considerations regarding matters which potentially could be a solution for the management of menstrual disorders. Menstrual disorders can be influenced by various factors. Body composition was found to be stronger indicator on the occurrence of menstrual disorders than body mass index (BMI). Adequate intake of vitamins and minerals can reduce the risk of menstrual disorders. In addition, an active lifestyle, getting enough sleep, and not smoking are also known to improve symptoms corelate to menstrual disorders.
