The aim of the article is to examine the formation of student character through activities at school, and through the role of teachers in the era of globalization. Character education is a collaborative effort that involves all parties in the school environment, including school personnel, parents and the community, in forming positive values and caring traits in children. In the context of character development, it is important to realize that the formation of strong character does not only benefit the individual, but also brings great benefits to the nation's civilization as a whole. As awareness increases about the importance of respecting parents, teachers and groups, honest behavior and integrity can be instilled consistently. On the other hand, dishonesty, cheating, as well as feelings of suspicion and hatred towards others will become obstacles in achieving the goals of character education.
