Abstract


The aim of implementing this devotion activity is to improve the quality of learning through lesson study activities. Lesson study activities will form a learning community that runs well. It is hoped that through this activity there will be collaboration between teachers focused on the sustainable development of teacher professionalism. The method used in this service includes 3 activities: socialization, training and assistance in preparing learning tools, and dissemination of results. Socialization is carried out through driving school workshops. Training and assistance in preparing learning tools is carried out through learning communities. Dissemination of results is carried out through educational seminars.
