Rancang Bangun Simultan Dual Band LNA dengan LC Resonator untuk CPE m-BWA pada frekuensi 2,3 GHz dan 2,6 GHz

Abstract


Penelitian ini membahas rancang bangunrangkaian simultan dual bandlow noise amplifier (LNA)untuk customer premises equipment (CPE)mobile broadband wireless access(m-BWA) dengan menggunakan transistorHJFET 3210S01. Untuk dapat berfungsi secara dual band diusulkan dipergunakan LC Tank Resonator yang dirancang beresonansi pada frekuensi 2,3GHz dan 2,6 GHz. Rancangan dual band LNA diharapkan menghasilkan noise figure yang rendah, gain yang tinggi, stabil tanpa adanya osilasi, secara simultan.Hasil simulasimenunjukkan performansi yangbaik.Kinerja pada frekuensi 2,3 GHz diantaranya gain (S21) = 17.386 dB, Input Return Loss (S11) = -31.598 dB, Noise Figure = 0.913 dB, VSWR = 1.054, bandwidth = 100 MHz. Sementara itu, kinerja pada frekuensi 2,6 GHz diantaranya gain (S21) = 16.732 dB, Input Return Loss (S11) = -32.147 dB, Noise Figure = 0.951 dB, VSWR = 1.051, bandwidth = 95 MHz. Selain itu, penggunaan LC tank resonator telah terbukti menghasilkan dual band LNA secara simultan.
