Optimasi biaya transportasi penentuan lokasi baru gudang distribusi menggunakan metode center of gravity di UMKM Batik Banten XYZ

Abstract


UMKM Batik Banten XYZ adalah tempat usaha yang memproduksi Batik Banten dan berlokasi di Serang, Banten. UMKM Batik Banten XYZ melakukan distribusi untuk empat kota yakni Tangerang, Bekasi, Jakarta, dan Bogor. Penelitian pada UMKM Batik Banten XYZ dilakukan untuk menentukan lokasi gudang baru untuk meminimalisasi biaya pengiriman ke konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Center of Gravity. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan lokasi gudang baru dengan titik koordinat X sebesar 11 dan titik koordinat Y sebesar 4 yang berlokasi di Cibubur, Jakarta Timur. Dengan lokasi gudang baru tersebut maka akan meminimumkan jarak tempuh dan biaya transportasi sebesar masing-masing 36,8 % dari jarak dan biaya transportasi awal.
