Usulan pemilihan green supplier dengan metode fuzzy AHP dan fuzzy TOPSIS

Abstract


Permasalahan pemilihan supplier dalam pengambilan keputuasan yang melibatkan multi kriteria masih menjadi topik yang banyak dilakukan. Dalam kajian green supply chain management, kajian pemilihan green supplier menjadi salah satu topik kajian terbaru. Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa memiliki visi menjadi integrated smart and green campus. Untuk mendukung visi tersebut, unit UPPBJ perlu pertimbangan dalam melakukan pemilihan green supplier. Penelitian ini mengusulkan metode Fuzzy AHP untuk penilaian kriteria prioritas dalam pemilihan green supplier. Selain penentuan kriteria, penelitian ini juga mengusulkan metode Fuzzy TOPSIS dalam pemilihan alternatif supplier terbaik. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kriteria prioritas dalam green supplier adalah kriteria Fundamental dengan sub kriteria pengalaman projek. Sedangkan untuk pemilihan alternative supplier terbaik diperoleh hasil supplier A yang terpilih. Hasil pembobotan kriteria dan sub kriteria dapat dijadikan rekomendasi untuk melakukan pemilihan green supplier.
