ANALISIS PROFESIONALISME GURU, DIKLAT DAN PRESTASI GURU TERHADAP KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN PADA SEKBIN 3 UPTD PENDIDIKAN KECAMATAN BREBES KABUPATEN BREBES

Abstract

Abstrak. penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujun untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Profesionalisme Guru, Diklat, dan Prestasi Guru terhadap Kualitas Pendidikan di Sekbin 3 UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Brebes Kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian dilakukan di Sekbin 3 UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Brebes Kabupaten Brebes, dengan mengambil  guru sebagai sampel penelitian dengan metode sampling jenuh. Analisis regresi linier ganda dan koefisien determinasi ganda digunakan sebagai alat analisis, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji-t dan uji-F. Penelitian menghasilkan empat temuan utama sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan, yaitu: 1) Profesionalisme Guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan arah positif; 2) Diklat memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan arah positif; 3) Prestasi Guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan arah positif; 4) Profesionalisme Guru, Diklat, dan Prestasi Guru mempengaruhi Kualitas Pendidikan. Berdasarkan uji regresi berganda. Persamaan regresi tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa setiap kenaikan satu satuan variabel Profesionalisme Guru, Diklat dan Prestasi Guru akan meningkatkan variabel Kualitas Pendidikan. Hal itu berarti bahwa jika variable Profesionalisme Guru, Diklat, dan Prestasi Guru naik, maka hasil Kualitas Pendidikan juga akan semakin naik. Dengan kata lain dapat diartikan bahwa ketiga variable tersebut berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pendidikan, sehingga baik buruknya Profesionalisme Guru, Diklat, dan Prestasi Guru akan dapat menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan Kualitas Pendidikan.

Abstrack. This study conducted by tujun to determine the effect Influence of Teachers' Professionalism, Training and Achievement Teachers on Education in Sekbin 3 UPTD District of Brebes Brebes. The study was conducted in Sekbin 3 UPTD District of Brebes Brebes, by taking the teacher as the study sample with saturated sampling method. Multiple linear regression analysis and multiple determination coefficient is used as an analytical tool, whereas hypothesis testing was done using t-test and F-test. The study has four major findings in accordance with the hypothesis, namely: 1) Professional Teacher has an influence on teacher performance with a positive direction; 2) Training has an influence on teacher performance with a positive direction; 3) Achievement Teacher has an influence on teacher performance with a positive direction; 4) Professional Teacher, Training, and Education Quality Achievement Teachers influence. Based on the multiple regression test. The regression equation can be interpreted that each increase of one unit variable Teacher Professionalism, Training and Achievement Teachers will increase the variable quality of education. That means that if the variable Professional Teacher, Training, and Performance Master rose, the results of the Quality of Education also will further increase. In other words can be interpreted that the three variables that affect the quality of education, so that the good and bad Professional Teacher, Training and Achievement Teachers will be able to cause changes in the Quality Education.
