Abstract

Abstract

The Coronovirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic has not shown a significant decrease, in fact, the mortality rate continues to increase both globally, nationally and locally. This has become very crucial and problematic in the midst of the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak which is needed by the masses, which requires creative efforts from regional leadership and local government stakeholders in the village. Formal actors are seen as not optimal because they stumble upon structural obstacles and limited resources. However, the activism of the role of non-government actors, both individually and in the community, shows their empathy and solidarity with the residents affected by this epidemic. Therefore, an effective collaborative design is needed to encourage cooperation between village government actors and their citizens. This community service program aims to build synergy among village officials, TNI and Polri stakeholders, private actors, traditional leaders and the main involvement of massive citizens in mitigating management of the Covid-19 pandemic. In practice, this program will implement a collaborative forum between all elements at the village level to propose a tactical program for prevention and mapping of the Covid-19 outbreak. Activities include the provision of tents to check points for residents who enter and leave Pasir Karag and Sindangsari Villages. In addition, the team will also provide standard support equipment for check point operations such as masks, disinfectants, hand sanitizers, and thermometers for checking body temperature.
