PENGARUH BASIC MENTALITY DAN MOTIVASIBERPRESTASI TERHADAP KOMPETENSI SISWA MENGHADAPI REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0.
Abstract
Decreasing student learning motivation, inferiority or pessimism in looking at the future, students coming
to school are often late, and the lack of competency of students in all fields is the effect of the lack of
application of basic mentality learning so there is no significant student achievement motivation that
lowers student competency to facing the 4.0 industrial revolution. The research objectives are; 1) to
determine the effect of basic mentality and achievement motivation simultaneously on the competencies of
students facing the industrial revolution 4.0. 2) to determine the effect of basic mentality on the
competencies of students facing the industrial revolution 4.0. 3) to determine the effect of achievement
motivation on the competence of students facing the industrial revolution 4.0. The method used is
descriptive method verification with ex post facto approach and survey. The instrument used is a
questionnaire distributed to students. The results of the study are; 1) there are influences of basic
mentality and achievement motivation simultaneously on the competencies of students facing the
industrial revolution 4.0.2) there is an effect of basic mentality on the competencies of students facing the
industrial revolution 4.0. 3) there is an influence of achievement motivation on the competence of students
facing the industrial revolution 4.0.
