ANALISIS KESULITAN GURU SEKOLAH DASAR DALAM MENERAPKAN KURIKULUM 2013 DI SDN BELO
Abstract
The curriculum is the heart of the world of education and determines the achievement of educational goals. The implementation of the 2013 curriculum is expected to be able to implement the teacher well, because the teacher is a human resource in implementing the 2013 curriculum. The fact is that there are still some teachers who have not been able to apply, so that learning is still teacher-centered. This type of research is qualitative. The research subjects were class I and IV teachers. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. Three difficulties of the teacher in applying the curriculum: 1) Planning prepared by the teacher does not include the learning model. 2) The implementation of learning is not well realized, because the scientific approach is not maximally applied, and there are no varied media and learning models. 3) Curriculum evaluation still has incompatibility with the assessment guidelines in the 2013 curriculum. Difficulties experienced by teachers: a) Low teacher knowledge in implementing the 2013 curriculum. B) Lack of training, c) Lack of learning support facilities, d. Low interest in student learning. The efforts made: a) Hold a workshop. b) Teachers can learn independently. c) There is a teacher's effort to increase student motivation. d) There is an effort of principals and teachers to deliberate on school facilities and authentic assessment to be simplified.
