MANAJEMEN PENDIDIK DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN KARAKTER DISIPILIN PESERTA DIDIK DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS

Abstract: The background to this research is that there are still many students who violate school rules and there are still many students who experience delays in arriving at school. This research aims to determine the process of implementing teacher management in developing the character of students in high school. The research subjects in this study were students, deputy heads of student affairs, and teachers. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the research show: 1) planning in developing student discipline begins with arranging rules and designing coaching activities related to student discipline 2) organizing in developing student discipline by socializing rules and habituation programs that have been planned by teachers to students to be followed during the education process at school 3) the implementation carried out in developing student discipline is by directing students to always carry out the rules and regulations in accordance with the provisions or values that apply in the school 4) evaluations are carried out periodically carried out by teachers and school structural parties..
