PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN PADA MATA PELAJARAN PRAKARYA PAKET C DI PKBM MAJU BERSAMA

Abstract: The planning stages of the Package C equality program implemented at PKBM Maju Bersama in Pandeglang Regency are the subject of this research. This research uses a qualitative methodology where information is collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Research findings show that the Package C equality program at PKBM Maju Bersama aims to gradually reduce unemployment in Pandeglang Regency, reduce the number of children dropping out of school, and eradicate illiteracy. The strategies implemented include close collaboration with villages and communities, continuity in program changes and development, and the creation of a learning environment that suits participants' needs. PKBM Maju Bersama establishes strict procedures for determining human resources and establishing indicators to achieve the set goals and targets. The success of the program is assessed based on learning outcomes and the development of students' skills through tutors involved in the learning process.
