IMPLEMENTASI DAN PENANAMAN PERKEMBANGAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER PADA PESERTA DIDIK DI TKIT KIPAS

Abstract: Character education is an effort to develop positive habits in students so that they can act and behave according to the values that have become part of their personality. This process involves instilling values that shape positive attitudes and behaviors. The research aims to analyze the implementation of character education in early childhood education students at TKIT Kipas Serang, Banten. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done through direct observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results show that TKIT Kipas effectively implements character education in early childhood education through learning and various physical games. In addition to involving students and teachers in the implementation of character education, TKIT Kipas also encourages the active participation of students' parents. This is done to ensure that the character education taught at school can be consistently implemented at home, creating alignment between learning at school and at home.
