PERILAKU ORGANISASI: HUBUNGAN ANGGOTA DAN STRUKTURAL FORUM PANDEGLANG BERDAYA (PANDAYA)

Abstract: The relationship between human resources in an organization is not only to carry out its obligations, but also must pay attention to harmonious behavioral relationship between members and leaders with various differences from one another by minimizing problems arising from these differences so that the organization continues to work. Based on this, the aim of this research is to determine the Organizational Behavior of the Pandeglang Berdaya Forum (PANDAYA) in increasing Entrepreneurs at the PANDAYA which is located in Pandeglang district. The research methods. This research provides an illustration that harmonious human relationship are built on the basis of loyalty, mutual respect and openness. Structural relationships are created through responsibilities and coordination mechanisms as well as the use technology with the use of media.
