Pengembangan Physho Berbasis Science Technology Society Pada Materi Usaha dan Energi

Abstract

This research aims to determine the characteristics and feasibility of the media that the authors develop, namely physics handout (physho) based on Science Technology Society as a learning media in the form of an android application on work and energy material. The method used in this research is research and development (R&D) with 4D model. The steps use in this reaseach are define, design, develop and disseminate. Physho media has gone through a trial phase limited to 20 students grade X SMAN 5 CILEGON. The result of media development concist of 9 main components namely, initial appearance, main menu, guide, introduction, material, formative test, glossary, bibliography, and about the author. The result of the research are 88% with a very decent category according to the average of evaluation score from media experts, 81% with a very decent category according to the average of evaluation score from content experts and the average of students response is 90% which is excellent. As the result of the reseach can be concluded that the instructional media development in the form of physics handout based science Technology Society is feasible and can be used in learning process.
