Abstract


Everyhigh schoolstudentinfact willbefaced with choicesinhis life, oneof whichiswhen they are
presentedinthe futurebeforetheygraduatefromschool.Thechoicestheywillfindinclude,whether
theywillsetthemselvesuptocontinue theirstudiesinto theworldof lecturesor highereducation,take
jobcourses,look for workor beunemployed.Likewise, thereare problemsinSuralaya Village,
PulomerakDistrict,CilegonCity.AccordingtoMr. EmanSulaeman,especially inhighschoolfew
havethedesiretocontinue theireducationtotheworldoflecturesandonlyhavedirectorientation
aftergraduatingfromcollege.Thisisourfoundationineducatingtheworkprogramofthe
Socialization ofEntrance SelectionforUNTIRTAStateUniversities. Afterimplementing the
UNTIRTAStateUniversityEntranceSelection Socializationprogramtheresultsobtainedinthe
interestofstudentsandstudentsofSMAN4Cilegonincontinuingtheir studiestostateuniversities
wereintheNotTooHigh(Enough)category.
