HUBUNGAN KREATIVITAS GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DAN KEMAMPUAN PENGELOLAAN KELAS DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA BIDANG STUDI PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM TINGKAT SLTP DI KECAMATAN RANGKASBITUNG

Abstract


Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara kreativitas guru PAI dengan prestasi
belajar PAI siswa, hubungan antara kemampuan mengelola kelas dengan prestasi belajar PAI
siswa dan hubungan antara kreativitas guru PAI dan kemampuan mengelola kelas dengan prestasi
belajar PAI siswa secara bersama-sama. Dalam penelitian ini, yang dijadikan populasi berjumlah
240 siswa. Selanjutnya diperoleh 149 siswa sebagai responden. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan
cara memberikan angket/kuisioner dengan sejumlah instrumen pertanyaan yang telah dipersiapkan.
Sebelum instrumen diujikan, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji coba instrumen, sehingga instrumen
yang diujikan benar-benar valid dan reliabel. Data diperoleh dari lapangan, kemudian dianalisis
dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 16. Hasil uji penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan
sebagai berikut : Hasil kreativitas guru PAI dengan prestasi belajar PAI siswa SLTP berkontribusi
sebesar 15,7% (positif), dalam pengelolaan kelas dengan prestasi belajar PAI siswa SLTP
berkontribusikan sebersar 8,60% (positif) dan, kreativitas guru PAI dan pengelolaan kelas dengan
prestasi belajar PAI siswa SLTP berkontribusi sebesar 15.7% (positif)

This study aims to examine the relationship between the creativity of teachers PAI PAI and
