Daya Tarik Pasar dan Sumber Daya Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Bisnis Perusahaan pada Industri Makanan dan Minuman di Provinsi Banten

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi variabel yang terkait dengan kinerja bisnis perusahaan. Dihipotesiskan bahwa daya tarik pasar secara langsung terkait dengan kinerja bisnis perusahaan. Selain itu, kemampuan sumber daya perusahaan dihipotesiskan untuk secara langsung terkait dengan kinerja bisnis perusahaan.
Sampel terdiri dari industri makanan dan minuman yang ada di Provinsi Banten. Dari 413 perusahaan yang disurvei, kuesioner selesai dikembalikan untuk 150 perusahaan, mewakili tingkat respon 36,31%. Perusahaan yang merespon, memiliki usia rata-rata 5 tahun dan rata-rata 15 karyawan. Produk utama perusahaan dalam sampel, diantaranya; makanan ringan, bakso, teh, kerupuk, produk mie, kecap, gula, kopi, roti dan sejenisnya, pakan ternak, minuman sirop, air minum dalam kemasan, dan air isi ulang.
Secara umum, hasilnya mengkonfirmasi validitas untuk semua variabel. Seperti yang dihipotesiskan, daya tarik pasar dan kelimpahan kemampuan sumber daya secara signifikan terkait dengan kinerja bisnis perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi kita tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja bisnis Perusahaan.
Abstract:
This study aims to find variables associated with firm business performance. It is hypothesised that market attractiveness is directly related to firm business performance. In addition, the firm's resource capability is hypothesised to be directly related to the firm's business performance.
The sample consists of the food and beverage industry in Banten Province. Of the 413 firms surveyed, completed questionnaires were returned for 150 company, being a response rate of 36.31%. Responding companies had an average age of 5 years and an average of 15 employees. The main products of the companies in the sample included snacks, meatballs, tea, crackers, noodle products, soy sauce, sugar, coffee, bread and the like, animal feed, syrup drinks, bottled drinking water, and refillable water.
In general, the results confirmed the validity for all variables. As hypothesised, market attractiveness and abundance of resource capabilities are significantly related to firms' business performance. The results of this study make an important contribution to us about the factors that influence the business performance of Enterprises.
