Analisis kebutuhan diklat teknologi digital guru SMK otomotif menggunakan linear reggresion

Abstract


Transformasi digital di era pendidikan 4.0 telah menghadapkan beberapa tantangan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Tantangan mendasar pada era pendidikan tersebut adalah guru khususnya guru SMK dituntut untuk menguasai kemampuan menggunakan teknologi digital dalam proses pembelajaran. Pendidikan dan pelatihan yang tepat perlu diselenggarakan demi memenuhi kebutuhan kompetensi digital tenaga pendidik SMK. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebutuhan diklat teknologi digital pada guru SMK berdasarkan pengaruh literasi digital terhadap kemampuan menggunakan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto yang mengukur besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Penelitian dilaksanakan di 6 SMK swasta di kabupaten sleman program keahlian teknik otomotif dengan sampel 50 guru produktif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket atau kuesioner dengan jenis angket tertutup yang memiliki 5 alternatif jawaban. Validasi instrument menggunakan validasi expert judgment dan korelasi product moment. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi analisis linear dengan bantuan python machine learning untuk menguji pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yang kemudian hasilnya digunakan sebagai prediksi perlakuan variabel bebas kepada variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan literasi digital terhadap kemampuan menggunakan teknologi digital. Hasil tersebut memiliki arti bahwa semakin tinggi literasi digital dimiliki oleh guru maka guru tersebut semakin tinggi kemampuan dalam menggunakan teknologi digital atau sebaliknya semakin rendah literasi digital yang dimiliki oleh guru maka akan semakin rendah kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan teknologi digital sehingga perlu mendapatkan diklat. Kesimpulannya adalah kebutuhan diklat teknologi digital pada guru SMK dapat diprediksi dari tinggi atau rendahnya literasi digital yang melekat pada guru.
