Pengaruh motivasi belajar dan implementasi peer learning terhadap kesiapan magang industri siswa SMK

Abstract


Masalah kesiapan kerja bagi lulusan SMK menjadi isu pokok yang menarik untuk di teliti. Karena tujuan utama SMK salah satunya untuk menciptakan lulusan yang kompeten dan siap kerja. Kesiapan kerja lulusan SMK dipersiapkan melalui berbagai program yang ada di sekolah melalui kegiatan pembelajaran di dalam sekolah dan di luar sekolah. Selain itu motivasi belajar siswa merupakan komponen penting untuk menentukan keberhasilan dalam belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap kesiapan magang industry; (2) menganalisis pengaruh implementasi Peer Learning terhadap kesiapan magang industri; (3) menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar dan implementasi Peer Learning terhadap kesiapan magang industry. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan sampel 66 siswa di SMK Permata Nusantara. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik proportional random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan jika: (1) Motivasi Belajar Siswa berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan Magang Industri, terbukti t-hitung 6.494 > t-tabel 1.997; (2) Implementasi Peer Learning berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan Magang Industri terbukti t-hitung 2.453 > t-tabel 1.997; Motivasi Belajar Siswa dan Peer Learning berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan Magang Industri, terbukti f-hitung 30.198 > f-tabel 3.136. Berdasarkan hasil hitungan determinan diperoleh nilai    r square sebesar 78.40%. sedangkan sisanya yaitu 21,60%  dipengaruhi variabel lain.
