Peran guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa saat pembelajaran daring

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai peran guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran daring, hal ini sudah menjadi isu sentral yang sering dikaji oleh para ahli. Guru memiliki peran penting dalam penyelenggaraan pembelajaran, untuk meningkatkan atau mendukung pembelajaran. Penelitian ini terinspirasi oleh keresahan kebanyakan siswa yang mulai menurun motivasi untuk belajarnya dikarenakan terlalu lama belajar online dan tidak bertatap muka dengan guru di sekolah. kemudian artikel ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiman upaya yang harus dilakukan guru dalam mengatasi masalah ini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur dimana penulis berusaha untuk menggali literatur atau pustaka tambahan untuk mendukung kelengkapan bahan kajian yang ada dan relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa guru adalah pemegang peran yang paling penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa saat pembelajaran daring. Selain itu, guru juga harus lebih peka terhadap siswanya yang sudah mulai menurun motivasi belajarnya agar guru bisa segera mengambil tindakan untuk mencegah serta menjaga motivasi belajar siswa saat pembelajaran daring.
