Beleid Journal is a journal published by the Faculty of Law, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University which aims to be a source and place to present the results of research on state administrative law and public policy. This journal is published twice a year (May and November) with open access.
The Beleid Journal focuses on the field of state administrative law and public policy at local, regional, national and international levels. The issues raised are regarding Environmental Law, Licensing Law, Tax Law, Tourism Law, Spatial Planning Law, Energy and Mining Law, Public Service and Information Law, Personnel Law, as well as other issues that are still within the scope of State Administrative Law. and Public Policy. The Beleid Journal accepts contributions in the form of writings that contain the novelty of each problem studied. Vol 3, No 1 (2025): The Role and Authority of Institutions in Law Enforcement and Environmental Management in Indonesia
This theme examines the various roles, functions, and authorities of state institutions and related institutions in enforcing environmental law and management in Indonesia. The main focus is on how institutions such as the Environmental Service, the Code of Ethics Council, and the Central Statistics Agency carry out their duties in order to maintain legal order and environmental sustainability.
In the context of the environment, the discussion includes legal efforts against air pollution, waste management, and analysis of deforestation and environmental degradation. Meanwhile, in the field of administrative law and professional ethics, attention is focused on the authority of institutions in imposing ethical sanctions and the implementation of the rights and obligations of foreign citizens (KITAS holders) in the sports sector.
The entire article reflects the importance of synergy between legal norms, institutional policies, and public participation in achieving sustainable development goals and good governance.
