Nurani Hukum: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum, also known as Nurani Hukum, is a peer review journal on legal studies. The journal aims to publish new work of the highest caliber across the full range of legal scholarship, which includes but is not limited to works in the law and history, legal philosophy, sociology of law, Socio-legal Studies, International Law, Environmental Law, Criminal Law, Private Law, Islamic Law, Agrarian Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Procedural Law, Commercial Law, Constitutional Law, Human Rights Law, Civil Procedural Law, and Customary Law.
 
Nurani Hukum: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum is published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, in Collaboration with Asosiasi Pengelola Jurnal Hukum Indonesia (APJHI) periodically published in June and December, the approved and ready to publish in the website and hardcopy version circulated at every period

Nurani Hukum accepts journals only in English. We prefer American English for the manuscript. You can read the detail of our language policy here.

Csaba from Hungary explores the demarcation between civil and state aircraft, while our correspondent from BangladeshAnika, delves into gender-based domestic violence in the country. Nikolett, also from Hungary, examines perceptions and regulatory frameworks regarding homosexuality in the Ottoman Empire and Turkey, both in the past and present.

Our Indonesian contributors (Diffaryza and Rizky) discuss policies implemented during the pandemic. Meanwhile, other interestingly discussed topics by Mia and Ria shed light on contraception services for rape victims and the role of companions in supporting rape victims, respectively.
