PENGARUH HUBUNGAN IKLIM KESELAMATAN, DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KEPATUHAN PERATURAN KESELAMATAN
Abstract
Persaingan industri menuntut perusahaan dapat bersaing dengan mengoptimalkan sumber daya yang dimiliki. Penggunaan peralatan modern digunakan untuk dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan mencapai efektivitas dan efisiensi. Tenaga kerja yang handal diperlukan untuk mengoperasikan dan mendukung berjalannya peralatan modern dapat memenuhi target yang diinginkan. Dalam pengoperasian peralatan modern tersebut menimbulkan risiko bahaya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja bagi tenaga kerja. Risiko ini dapat mengancam tenaga kerja dilokasi kerja, sehingga perlu perhatian khusus oleh semua pihak yang terkait seperti tenaga kerja, perusahaan, dan pemerintah.
