KUALITAS KOMUNIKASI APARAT BIROKRASI DALAM PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI DINAS TENAGA KERJA DAN TRANSMIGRASI DI KOTA SERANG
Abstract
The Office of manpower and transmigration has professional and quality support, such a service based on standardization from the Office of manpower and transmigration of Serang City and the other profession organization. The principle of professional service including a response, appropriate, and proportional, wich lead to satisfaction and credibility on the performance of The Office of manpower and transmigration. The research was be done in The Office of manpower and transmigration of Serang City, where many people looking for job information and the area where their can do the transmigration. The Office of manpower and transmigration is the office that their hoped to get clarity about the information. In order to the information well distribution, it is necessary the interactive communication from the employee. For example through the print media and electronic media, so the information can be accepted by the people who need the information. The research using descriptive quantitative method. The population of research is all of employee of The Office of manpower and transmigration of Serang City, with the sample technique using saturated sampling. Researcher has done validity test and reliability test, before the instrument distribution to the sample. The result showed that communication quality of bureaucratic apparatus in public service in The Office of manpower and transmigration of Serang City in good category.
