SAINS: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis
SAINS: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis is a journal containing scientific articles with the theme of financial management, marketing management, human resource management, operational management, strategic management, good corporate governance, business, management information systems, organizational behavior, and entrepreneurship. SAINS: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis publishes articles twice a year in June and December. SAINS: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis already has an ISSN with a printed version number: 1978-2241 and an on line version number: 2541-1041. SAINS: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis can be accessed through the page, http://jurnal.untirta.ac.id/indek.php/jmb.
SAINS: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis accepts manuscripts written in Indonesian and English in the form of narratives with effective and academic language styles with the following conditions:
The manuscript is typed using the Microsoft Word program, a distance of 1.5 spaces on A4 paper, with Times New Roman letters measuring 12 points; the left margin and the top margin are 3 cm, right and bottom respectively 2.5 cm.
Numbers and letters in pictures, tables, or histograms use Times New Roman letters with a size of 10 points.
Using equations, models, formulas, formulas using the Microsoft equation format.
The manuscript is written as many as 15-25 pages including pictures and tables.
Manuscripts of research results should be arranged based on systematically exemplified through journal templates.

The manuscript will be edited by the editorial board without changing its contents to be adjusted to the writing format that has been determined by the editor of SAINS: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis , the manuscript that has been received along with all accompanying illustrations into the publisher's legal property. All data, opinions or statements contained in the text are the responsibility of the author. Therefore, publishers, editorial boards and all staff SAINS: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis are not responsible or unwilling to accept any difficulties or problems related to plagiarism, the consequences of inaccuracies, errors in data, opinions and statements contained in the text.
TEXT SELECTION MECHANISM
The script must follow the format / style of writing that has been set
Manuscripts that do not match the format will be returned to the author for repair.
Manuscripts that are in accordance with the format are forwarded to the Editorial Board for review received or rejected.
Received manuscripts or manuscripts whose format has been improved are then searched by the reviewers (Bestari Partners) regarding the feasibility of publication.
The manuscript that has been checked (reviewed by Bestari Partners) is returned to the Editorial Board with three possibilities (rejected, received with repairs, and received without repairs).
If rejected, the Editorial Board makes a decision or not if there is a discrepancy between Bestari Partners,
The decision of the Editorial Board refusal was sent to the author.
Manuscripts that have improved are sent back to the author for repairs.
The manuscript that has been repaired by the author is submitted by the Editorial Board to the executing editor.

The manuscripts ready to be printed and released are sent to the author.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
- If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
Bibliography and citations are conducted by using application reference such as mendeley, zotero, etc.
Copyright Notice
The copyright of the received article shall be assigned to the journal as the publisher of the journal. The intended copyright includes the right to publish the article in varios forms (including reprints). The journal maintains the publishing rights to the published to the published articles.
