Author Guidelines

The Manuscipt

The manuscript should be an original research paper that sufficiently contributes novelty to Physics Education. Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically by using the Journal Nebula online submission procedure. The corresponding author should also provide a statement that the manuscript is not concurrently being under consideration for publication elsewhere. The Editors will ignore submissions that do not follow these procedures.

 

Structure of the Manuscripts

1. Title. Concise and informative, no more than 16 words.

2. Author's names and institutions. The author's names should be accompanied by the Author's Name, Name of Organization, and Country.

3. Abstract and keywords. Abstract: Concise and factual with maximum length 200 words. Keywords: Provides a maximum of 5 keywords

4. Introduction. This section explains the research background, which includes the urgency of the problem, novelty, research objectives, literature review, and solutions

5. Methods. This section explains the research design, research subjects, data sources, data collection instruments, and data analysis.

6. Results and Discussion. This section explains processed data or collected information

7. Conclusion. This section concludes ad provides policy implications.

8. References. This section lists only the papers, books, or other types of publications referred to in the body of the manuscript.

 

General Writing Format

1. This manuscripts is prepared in a Book Antiqua font, A4 paper, double-sided, and single line spacing format

2. The manuscript is written in Indonesian or English

3. The manuscript should be between 12 to 15 pages long including the bibliography 

4. The cittaion must be in the form of in-text and bibliography are based on APA (American Psychological Association) 6th Edition 

5. References should be 80% from the last ten years publication (except for the key references). Refering to any textbook should be less than 20%

 

Spesific Writing Format

1. Equations and formula should be numbered as (1), (2), ... ets appering to their right

2. The name of tables should follow a numbering system. The title of the tables are placed at the top of the table. The table should contains row lines only without column lines.

3. The name of figures should follow a numbering system. The title of the figures are placed at the bottom of the figure.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  4. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
