EVALUASI PROGRAM KURSUS KOREAN LANGUAGE BEGINNER INDONESIA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL EVALUASI CIRO DI KT&G SANGSANG UNIV INDONESIA KOTA BEKASI

Abstract: In this era, skills development and competency improvement are needed, this can be achieved through various types of training programs according to community needs. One example of a training program is the Korean Language Beginner course which is currently popular among the public, especially Gen-Z. The research objective is to describe the evaluation of a training program using the CIRO Model which includes context, input, reaction and outcome in the Korean Language Beginner course at KT&G Sangsang Univ Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method. The subjects in this research consisted of 1 manager, 1 instructor, and 4 course participants. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. It can be concluded from the research that each component has different assessment achievements. 1) Context; Determining community needs, identifying problems, and determining program objectives 2) Input; Identify and assess system capabilities and alternative strategies, work procedures, human resources, funds, rules 3) Reaction; See whether participants are satisfied/happy with the training program and the material provided by the instructor, and 4) Outcome; Comparing work results with input objectives and success scores of a training program and looking at long-term impacts.
