Pemanasan Global: Penggunaan Alat Peraga Praktikum dengan Balon sebagai Representasi Efek Rumah Kaca dan Dampaknya pada Bumi

This study aims to develop and implement a balloon-based practical teaching aid as a representation of the greenhouse effect to facilitate students' understanding of global warming. The method used is the ADDIE development model which includes Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate stages. The props used PVC balloons, CO2 gas, heaters, thermocouples, and Arduino to visualise temperature differences due to the influence of greenhouse gases. The results showed that the balloon filled with CO2 gas experienced a slower temperature drop compared to the balloon filled with regular air, illustrating the role of CO2 in trapping heat in the atmosphere. Expert validation and classroom implementation showed that the teaching aids were effective in improving students' understanding, although some students still needed assistance in data analysis. Overall, this teaching aid is feasible to use as learning media to increase students' awareness of climate change issues
