Penerapan Model Inkuiri Terbimbing Berbantuan Phet Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Proses Saians Siswa Pada Konsep Gerak Harmonik Sederhana

Abstract
This research is aimed to know the improvement of science process skills of students using the guided inquiry model assisted PhET on the simple harmonic motion concept, and the effectiveness of the application of the guided inquiry model with assisted PhET . This research was conducted at Al-Munawwaroh High School in Cilegon. The research method was used quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest control group design. The sampling using cluster random sampling technique. The research subjects were students of class X MIA 2 as an Experiment class and X MIA 1 as a control class for each class with 25 students. The research data was obtained by using science process skills test instruments. The average science process skills of students at pretest in the experimental class were 39.7 and in the control class 34.1. After being given treatment, the average KPS of students had increased to 80.5 with a gain of 0.71 included in the high gain, while in the gain control class it was lower at 0.41 with the medium gain criteria. So that the guided inquiry learning model assited PhET is more effectively used in improving students' science process skills.
