Dampak Pekerjaan Shift Malam Pada Kesehatan Pekerja

Abstract


Pekerjaan dengan system shift mengharuskan pekerja bekerja pada malam hari (night shift work). Hal ini berdampak pada perubahan jam tidur dan ritme sirkadian. Penelitian sebelumnya telah menunjukkan peningkatan prevalensi dan resiko Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) pada pekerja shift malam. Akan tetapi, artikel ilmiah yang membahas mengenai dampak dari shift malam masih terbatas di Indonesia Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran dampak gizi dan kesehatan dari pekerja shift malam. Artikel ini akan menjelaskan mengenai resiko dan mekanisme terjadinya PTM pada pekerja malam.
