Jurnal Administrasi Publik (JAP) was pioneered on May 12, 2006, under the name of the Jurnal Good Governance (JGG) with the first editor-in-chief Gandung Ismanto. First published in July 2006, and December 2006. Furthermore, it was published regularly twice a year. Based on input and suggestions from many parties, both external and internal. Until 2009, JGG was only published in print editions, but since 2010 it has begun to penetrate the digital platform although it has not yet fully entered the use of the OJS system. Since 2010, it has changed its name to the Jurnal Administrasi Publik (JAP). Whose institutional management is under the coordination of the State Administration Laboratory under the Public Administration Undergraduate Study Program, FISIP UNTIRTA.
