Journal Industrial Servicess (JISS) is an open access, peer-reviewed, international journal published by the Department of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. JISS has been accredited Sinta 4 (S4) by Directorate of Higher Eduction Indonesia since 2018.
This journal is published twice a year, in April and October each year. JISS cooperates with the Cooperation Agency for Higher Education in Industrial Engineering (Badan Kerjasama Perguruan Tinggi Teknik Industri or BKSTI) and has been indexed by Google Scholar, Garuda, Index Copernicus International (ICV = 54.97), BASE, and Dimensions, and has a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for each article.
JISS is aimed at an audience of researchers, educators and practitioners of industrial engineering and associated fields. It publishes original contributions on the development of methodologies for solving industrial engineering problems, as well as the applications of those methodologies to problems of interest in the broad industrial engineering and associated communities. Papers reporting on applications of industrial engineering techniques to real-life problems are welcome, as long as they satisfy the criteria of originality in the choice of the problem and the tools utilized to solve it, the generality of the approach for applicability to other problems, and significance of the results produced.
IMPORTANT: Please read the Author Guidelines before submitting to his journal. If you fail to coply with the guideline, we will decline your submission before it is sent to reviewers.
IMPORTANT: JISS does not apply a reserved quota for each edition. Instead, we publish articles that have passed the review process and are accepted by the editor. The review process takes about 1-4 months, depending on the availability of reviewers.Starting from Vol. 7 No. 2, April 2022, JISS will use new template. Starting from vol. 8, no. 2, October 2022, we publish only articles written in English. We invite authors from all over the world to publish in our journal.

Journal Industrial Servicess (Sinta 4), scope in Industrial Engineering or related fields, needs personnel to fill the position of Area Editor and Reviewer. Industrial Services Journal was published by Industrial Engineering, Sultan Ageng Tirtayas University, https://jurnal.untirta.ac.id/index.php/jiss. 1. Area Editor (20 positions) The main task of the Area Editor is to assess and decide whether the manuscript can be further processed (peer-reviewed by the Reviewer) or declined (rejected). An Area Editor will evaluate 4-8 articles per year. Qualifications: Have experience writing in international journals (primary or co-author) within the last 3 (three) years. 2. Reviewers (20 positions) The Reviewer's main task is to provide an assessment of a manuscript based on scientific contributions. A Reviewer will evaluate 2-4 articles per year. Qualifications: Have experience writing in an accredited national journal (primary or co-author) within the last 3 (three) years. Experience writing in international journals is preferred. The benefits for Area Editor and Reviewer Benefit: - Decree of the Dean of FT Untirta, which can be used for BKD (Lecturer Workload Report) and PAK Jabfung (Credit Assessment for Lecturer Promotion). - Certificate. - Names and affiliations are displayed on the web journal. - Prioritized (fast-track peer-review process) when submitted to our journal.
