Food ScienTech Journal (FSJ) was first published in 2019 by the Food Technology Department of Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, Serang, Indonesia, with the objective of disseminating the latest or recent findings in Food Sciences, Food Technologies and its related fields especially in the tropical region.
FSJ had been accepted in DOAJ (directory of open access journals) in September 2020.
FSJ had been accredited as a 2nd Grade Scientific Journal (Sinta 2, Peringkat 2) by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Indonesia based on the Decree No. 152/E/KPT/2023. Link for certificate here.
Since January 2022, we have updated the guidelines for the author(s) to use Mendeley Reference Manager with Elsevier-Harvard (with Titles) style for references.
Starting from Volume 4 No. 1 2022, we have some adjustments to the published manuscript such as the addition of manuscript genesys.
