To be accepted by the journal, each submitted manuscript (doc. or rtf. files) must meet: (1) the focus and scope (see focus and scope), (2) the article template (see the template), (3) written between 4.000 to 7.000 words including abstract and references, and (4) the plagiarism rate must be less than 25% (see plagiarism policy). PCSJ, as a scientific law journal concerned with disseminating community engagement results and discussing some contemporary methods and techniques for empowering the community in the law approach. Tirtayasa Journal of International Law (TJIL) is a national peer-reviewed journal particularly in the field of International Law. TJIL aims to publish high quality articles from academics, legal scholars, or practitioners at any level. TJIL creates a forum to exchange new ideas in International Law but not limited to : Public International Law, International Criminal Law, International Environmental law, International Humanitarian law, Human Right, International Law of the Sea, International Dispute Settlement, International Organizations Law, International Private Law.

TJIL has been accredited SINTA 4 by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia since Vol. 1 No. 1 2022 until Vol. 5 No.2 2026, according to decree NOMOR 177/E/KPT/2024, 15 October 2024, detail can be seen here.

We invite experts, academics, practitioners, NGO activists, master and doctoral students, also legal observers to send their articles.

TJIL is periodically published articles in June and December.
